How to Order a Commission

Step One: Read the Terms of Service

The Terms of Service (ToS) are the rules that will apply to the commission process! Policies for what I will draw, how payment and refunds are handled, and specifics on customer and artist display and usage rights are discussed in this document. If you decide to commission me, you will be required to agree to the terms outlined in my ToS, so please make sure to read this first.

Step Two: Decide on a Commission Type, Submit a Form

There are many different types of commissions to choose from! Simple sketches and character busts can always be ordered as "Always Open" commissions , while larger, more complex requests are regularly opened in limited supply as "Limited Slot" commissions. The Commission Types page will show you what options are available, and give you the order forms needed to request your artwork!

Note: If you want email notifications for specific commission openings, I send out announcements semi-monthly via my Email Newsletter. You'll get reminders for available slots on Limited Slot openings, and first notice on special stream-exclusive announcements! 

Step Three: Reserve Your Slot, Check Queue for Updates

After submitting your order form, you will receive an email reply within a few days with information such as whether your form order was accepted, what the quote estimate is for your commission request, and instructions on how to pre-pay via invoice to reserve your slot.

My Commission Queue board on Trello shows all of my currently accepted commission slots in the order that they were accepted, as well as what slots will be worked on next! Slots are completed mostly in chronological order, so it may take a few weeks to get around to starting your commission. Once your slot is up next, you will be notified via email, and you can watch me work on your artwork live via stream, if desired!
