(depending on customer needs and budget) These illustrations are meant to be used for commercial applications, where reprint and copyright use needs to be discussed and paid for. Illustrations for book covers, pamphlets and manuals, designs for logos and icons, and general graphic design work apply under this commission type, and require creating a custom contract for the project. Commercial projects can also describe private commissions where more complex printing needs have to be discussed, such as designing images that will be produced on cards or private merchandise, that don't fit into the definition of a regular commission. |
